One of the major challenges faced during the initial phase was getting the AI bot to understand natural language. However, with custom NLP models backed by conversational data of over two years, Niki.ai can process complicated instructions from users. Jaiswal aims to make Niki.ai ubiquitous and bring the next billion internet users from Bharat onboard with the addition of regional language and voice support in multiple Indian languages.
Jaiswal advises emerging tech enthusiasts to identify a problem and build a solution, rather than getting caught up in the hype. He also emphasized the importance of having passion and potential to challenge the status quo and innovate fearlessly.
