Abhishek leads Judge India & Global Delivery at The Judge Group with responsibility for the development and performance of Judge India Solutions. Under his leadership, the organization has scaled from 17 employees in 2016 to 300+ and has been certified as a Great Place to Work in 2023 and 2025. His strategic priorities include disciplined governance, client trust, talent development, and focused R&D with an emphasis on Generative AI, NLP, Semiconductors, and IoT.

Abhishek’s leadership philosophy and global outlook are fundamentally shaped by two defining experiences. Firstly, the geographical leap from my modest beginnings in Uttar Pradesh to pursuing an MBA in Paris, France, and engaging with the executive programs at Wharton instilled a core belief in meritocracy and the power of ambition, driving him to cultivate an adaptable, global mindset that appreciates diverse operating models.

Secondly, his commitment to interdisciplinary learning, combining an initial Engineering degree from Marathwada University with advanced business education, taught him to lead with a unique blend of technical rigor, a systematic approach to problem-solving, and strategic vision.

So, with every decision, both sound in execution and are aligned with long-term market objectives. This synthesis defines his approach: globally informed, technically disciplined, and focused on empowering talent regardless of origin.

We asked Abhishek how he describes his leadership style in one word, to which he says, “The one word would be empowering.”

He believes that a leader’s primary responsibility is to create more leaders. His goal is never to be the smartest person in the room, but to ensure that everyone in the room has the resources, autonomy, and strategic clarity to perform at their absolute best. “I focus on removing roadblocks and trusting my highly talented teams to deliver results, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance,” he added.

Witnessing the power of teamwork firsthand in his early life, coupled with the focus on human elements in management during his academic journey, inspired him to create a different kind of work environment. One of the most challenging decisions Abhishek had to make was during the pandemic. It was to pivot the business model so that it was operational and as well while adhering to the guidelines provided, keeping the situation of Covid-19. He quickly moved the model to a fully remote setup almost overnight.

The transition to a hybrid work model was a critical step, but it was clear that remote work would be the new normal for a significant period. This required substantial investments in technology infrastructure, redefining roles and responsibilities, and ensuring employee support for a thriving remote environment. It was a risky decision with uncertain outcomes, but Abhishek believed it was essential for the continued growth of the company. Judge India Solutions, under the guidance of Abhishek, garnered 65% growth in headcount in the era of the great resignation, and once again regained the belief in collaboration.

Judge India Solutions started as a team of 17 members in 2016, and today they are a strong team of 300+ people across 3 locations in Noida, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The team believes that the reason for this steadfast expansion is a culmination of practices they have followed throughout the journey:

Additionally, they believe that developing strong relationships with clients is essential. Reflecting on his journey so far, Abhishek shares advice he would give his younger self. He says he’d prioritize talent and culture over immediate profit. “When starting, the pressure to deliver quick results can be overwhelming. However, I’d stress that the single greatest differentiator is the quality of the people you surround yourself with,” he expressed. He further shares, “Invest deeply in mentorship, build a culture of relentless learning and trust, and the profits will follow as a sustainable result. Don’t compromise on building the right team and the right environment.”
