To describe his professional journey, Adam reflects back saying, ‘Invictus Consulting launched in September 2019, providing practical street-smart strategies to apply in the real world. No high-level theory. 20+ years of experience, our largest client exceeded 400M and the smallest clients we work with are solopreneurs. We have tried and tested programs, successfully transforming hundreds of Businesses easily gaining 10x to 100x plus ROI working with Invictus Consulting.’
‘The branding pays homage to my parents, who have always been a positive influence. My father passed away in 2015. Invictus is inspired by the William Ernest Henley “Invictus” poem, that my father loved and shared with me throughout life. To be Unconquerable, despite circumstance; and that is how we train and work with our clients. To Be Unconquerable,’ he further adds.

Talking about his unique proposition about his position and his company, Adam says, ‘We believe that it is our responsibility to foster opportunities as much as possible, that support the growth and success of the small business community. In 2022, we launched The Happiest Hour & Networking Mixer in Las Vegas which has hundreds of local professionals in attendance as well as being in collaboration with over 30 of our local Chamber of Commerce, and other professional networking organizations breaking through silo and bringing the business community together
‘Due to our extensive relationships, we go beyond simply consulting and coaching with our clients, providing valuable relationships, and connections, saving them money, and stress, and at the same time fostering brand new business opportunities for revenue growth while working together,’ he further added.
The Turning Point
When asked about the important decision that made the difference Adam looks back at his journey saying, ‘Valuing people in our actions AND words. We do a whole lot of team building and training and are proud to say we practice what we preach. Valuing and supporting each relationship we have ensures that we have an authentic connection with our community and that means that we look after one another, providing real, tangible value that makes a noticeable difference to the team cohesion and bottom line for those we work with.’
Expert’s Advice
Advising the youth entering this huge domain Adam emphasizes saying, ‘Make personal growth the priority. Surround yourself with professionals that you trust, and respect, and are closer to where you want to be as a professional. Be sure to qualify who you listen to. Everybody will give you opinions and tell you what they think you should do; however, it is probable that only a few in your circles are qualified to do so. Read no less than one book a month… One a week if you want to accelerate your growth! Finally, knowledge is NOT power. Until there is action, knowledge is just potential! So, learn, implement, and continue to grow!’
The Future Roadmap
Explaining his future prospects about his professional admiration and the company’s future Adam says, ‘We’ve worked internationally from Australia, Canada, India, and around the US. We do have a focus on making a big impact within our local community in 2024 and are selective about who we work with internationally and around the US. Our plan is really to double down on what we are currently doing in order to scale the depth and impact we are able to make. Once we are satisfied with that, then we’ll look at growing our service portfolio.’
